Not getting an IP-address with My Cloud Home

Hi there,

My Cloud Home continues to be offline, nor is it assigned an IP address on my router.
Any ideas?

My Cloud Home is a DHCP only product.
Does your router have available IP addresses in it’s DHCP pool?
Have you checked and changed the ethernet cable?
Try a different port on the router?

not sure, seemed to be working before. How shoud I check this?
