not found virtul (VCD Manage ) for my passport essential se 750 gb sr: wdbacx7500axx

All the applications come on the drive
if the drive is not showing the VCD it could have been disabled
you can enable again with a firmware update and VCD manager

heyy im having a problem with my WD My passport 1tb hard drive…whn i connect it it is reading but then when i open the drive that shows up in my computer it gives me an error sayin (there was a problem starting ~WJMAHWW.USBDrv)(the specified module could not be found)…if any one can help to know what is this error and if i can recover my data most importantly…thanks

Are you trying to mount a Disk Image? Try using Ultraiso. It’s free, google it. It is the only ISO magager that does nto install extra drivers in the boot sequence, like Daemon Tools or Alcohol does.
