I have done all the foot work on getting my pc to recognize my external hard dives. They show up in dish management and device manager. When I connect them to the pc they have the sound of connecting but are not visible in MY PC. I get a message that says this drive is working properly. But it’s not showing up at all. Any ideas what else I can do?
