I just bought a WD my passport portable drive. It has 2TB on it, when I transfer files from my old hard drive which has 1TB of movies when I select and hit move to the new drive. I get a message not enough disk space avaible for selected files. What am I doing wrong?

Before transferring anything on new drive just format the drive so that if it has any corrupt file that would get deleted and then transfer the files. You can refer the link below for more assistance:
