Not backing up all files!

I realized yesterday that my WD Passport Drive had not backup up anything since November 2014.  I reinstalled the drivers and allowed it to back up files.  It has now been backing up files for over 15 hours and I don’t see a lot of files from post November 2014!  It is still indicating that it is backing up files, but this is very worrisome.  How long should it take to do a full back up and why has it not yet backup up recent files?  I would greatly appreciate any and all help and advice in this matter.

I recommend you uninstall WD Smartware and then reinstall its latest version.
