Not all users are backed up

I am very new to this, so I hope I can explain correctly!  I just bought the My Book Essential 1TB and preformed a back up of my c drive.  I looked under the retrieval tab of the smart backup software and noticed that it excluded one of the users in Windows XP.  When I go to the documents and settings folder, I only see folders for me and a folder that says “All Users”, however, there are two users that should be there in addition to the “All Users” folder.  

Have I missed something?  I ran the software under my user name when I first installed the drive, should I do another back up under the other users name as well?

You have to set up SmartWare for each user on the computer.  And you have to be logged in as that user for SmartWare to do its backup.
