Not all drives shown in MyCloud web interface

I have 2 identical WdMyCloud 3TB drives configured on my LAN.

They have hard coded IP addresses that are unique.

I am unable to see both devices through the web interface on a Windows 10 PC.
I am able to see both devices on my iPhone through the Mycloud app. I have tried this on a few Windows machines.

Both drives Cloud Access settings are configured identically.

I would like to know what additional configuration I need to make to see both with the Windows machines.
