Not accessible, help

Drive offline mycloudEX2ultra is not accessible. Local doc are available, what am I not doing, it worked prior to upgrade ( bios).

I followed the link…but how can i update the My Cloud firmware if i cannot access it. ?

Regarding the other procedures to follow are extremely complex…is it possible there are not more easy instructions? these storage disk should be plug and play…!
