Not able to setup WD Sentinel DX4000 8TB

hi there ,

can you please help on this issue , we got new device and we stuck on the first step we are not able to get into download and run the setup wizard.

the error on web comes with :

Server Error

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

any help…

Does the lcd on the front of the box say a name and then the IP below that?

From a pc type http://IP_address and press enter  (In Internet explorer)

Well it would appear that all 3  work

Http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/setup

Http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/connect

If you have waited long enough and tried again, I would press the power button once/briefly (as in do not hold the power button in) and it should cleanly shut itself down.  Power back up, give it time to settle down and try again
