Not able to map WDMycloud

Hi,

I have a WDMycloud and spent already hours (multipleevenings) to map it as a networkshare.
Network detection is on. Have WIndows 10. Using DHCP.

The strange thing is I can ping the device using cmd. I can access the web interface by typing the ip address in my browser.

But mapping it as a share is not working. I tried to use WD Quick View as well as the Windows 10 option (explorer, my computer, add network connection)

This is a useless product for me right now. Who can help

When mapping the drive did you use the browse option? You can also
in the folder bar put in the following
\\ip address\Public
