When connecting to my dashboard I get a message that the server is unavailable. Any reasons? How can I access my dashboard? I need to change my user email account.
Are you trying to access a local network My Cloud or a My Cloud located on a remote network?
Generally one can only access the My Cloud Dashboard while connected to the same local network the My Cloud resides on. As a troubleshooting step try accessing the My Cloud by it’s local IP address rather than wdmycloud or wdmycloud.local.
