Not Able to access MyCloudEX2 from mobile in Airplane mode

I’ve screwed up a network setting and can’t figure out what I did wrong.
I can access my network from my iphone and ipad when on my wifi.
However, when I go into to airplane mode (to test offsite access), I get
Drive offline
MyCloudEX2Ultra is not
accessible. Local documents
are available.

can anyone guide me in finding appropriate network settings to fix this…


sorry…didn’t mean to say airplane mode…WIFI turned off on iPhone
