Not able access My Cloud

recently i brought WD my cloud and Installed as per instructions and could connect my laptop and smartphone successfully. However due to some reasons in network settings, not able to connect my laptop to my cloud.

I could access my cloud DESKTOP however not able to map the folders of my cloud. Pls advise
