Non-supported USB device

My long inactive MyCloud when first turning on I get a notification on my computer screen that "A non-supported USB device has been detected. Is this affecting the operation of MyCloud?

Do you have anything connected to the single bay/single drive My Cloud USB port? If so remove it and see if the error goes away.

USB hard drives connected to the USB port on the My Cloud must be formatted in a format the My Cloud supports. See the following WD Support Knowledgebase article for more information.
