Non-destructive switch from RAID 5 to RAID 10

Is there a way to change RAID from 5 to 10 non-destructive, or is only way to first copy all data out first, change mode, then restore data ?

Hello, as far as I know the only way to change from RAID 5 to 10 will delete the information on the drive.
