Once again a WD product fails me and I’m sending it back to them. This time, wonky noises prompted a chat session with Saul S who said the noises indicated “the drive could fail soon.”
I bought it in late June and only set it up a week ago!
A while back an overheating SSD Sandisk had to be exchanged.
