Was going to update my laptop backup. Opened SmartWave. Notified of software update. Installed it. Rebooted.
Now I get the “No writable partition found” error and Winders thinks the 1 TB Passport USB drive is only 7 megs and full. No back ups to be seen.
Suggestions?
Hello and welcome to the community.
Make sure the drive is not locked. if that’s not the case then uninstall and reinstall Smartware.
