No Unmount Option/Safely Remove hardware in Windows 7

Hi everyone!, I have a 320GB white WD external hard drive…

My problem is i dont see a EJECT OPTION FOR MY External to which I can safely remove it.

I am using Windows 7 OS and it is updated.

Help me please

My external hd is detected and its files, and there is no OPTION To safely EJECT as you can see the image below:

The pictures aren’t posted yet. What do you have for antivirus siftware? Some of them can cause that problem I think Avira, Avast and Kapersky have been named.
