No tablet access

Neither my wife nor I can access our My Cloud Mirror from our Samsung Galaxy tablets. This problem began (again) after September 14.
Please help.


Is this within your local network or from a different network?

Are you able to access the device locally from other devices?

Does resetting the unit makes any changes.

We rebooted the router; uninstalled and reinstalled the mobile app.
At the moment, everything is working appropriately.
