No Support Tickets for Legacy Routers

It appears support tickets can no longer be created for N900 routers. The form doesn’t accept a Model Number or Serial Number :frowning:

This is undergoing investigation.

It keeps asking for a MODEL NUMBER but does not accept F2F (which is what is on my WD MyNet N900. Responding with “Please enter a valid model number.” As well, there is no field listed for a Model Number! The page prompts you to enter it in a field labeled “Summary *” Have you been 'working on it since 11/15 and still not resolved the issue?
