I have a small laptop that I’m trying to retrieve pictures to from a crashed computer, but I think my screen is to small for the start retrieve button to show up. Is there a ctl alt function I can use? or something else. Thanks!
Hello, do you mean that they are not there or they are grayed out? If they are grayed out, go to the home tab and click on the external hard drive icon to make backup and retrieve accessible. If that doesn’t work, uninstall smarware from that computer and reinstall the latest version, also install the latest flash player and java updates.
