No Sound when I connect my WD TV Live on my TV PHILIPS 42PFL7403H with HDMI

Hello, 

I’m trying to connect my WD TV Live on my TV Philips by HDMI. 

I’ve got image on screen but I haven’t got sound at all, even with the last driver on both WD and TV. 

In the seetings, I selected the stereo mode.

I tried with an other TV and it’s work perfectly…

Have you checked the audio output option for your TV? Some television models have the option to disable sound depending on the input.

Yes, I’ve already checked the option on the TV and it should work but it’s not… 

I noticed that I’ve the same problem of sound when I watch the television with the antenna instead of the satelite… When I watch the television from the satelite the sound work…

Maybe it’s the amplifier of my television that is dead no ?

It could be, it would try to contact Philips support just to be sure.
