I can’t access anything about the WD My Cloud Mirror. When I log in as an admin all I can see is the storage available, that doesn’t even match the storage available according to the remote login via the WD mycloud website. There is no info about the health of my drives, if the raid is still on (one of the hard drives LEDs doesn’t come on at all, the other is blue), no option to add or remove users, nothing.
I did change my networking recently with a new router and access points for a mesh wifi, but the problem isn’t access, I can access my files, I just have no control over anything about the device basically.

I have the same isssue with the normal MyCloud. Looks like the layout has changed and they deleted al kind of options… or am I doing something wrong?

I had the same problem. I had to format my drives to NTFS from a desktop computer so that it could recognize them and format them again in the cloud. Fortunately, I didn’t have a lot of data. Good luck!
