I updated my WD MY CLOUD 4tb to the new my Cloud OS 5 and my big surprise I can’t find the REMOTE HTTP DOWNLOAD! Please Tell me it’s juste a bug and they gonna fix it.
If not, They have to find a solution to downgrade it. If we lost this option forever. I will Break it in 1000 pieces this Disk

Not a bug, its one of the several options/features that was removed in the OS5 firmware that were previously present in the OS3 firmware. The following WD Support Knowledgebase article indicates HTTP Download in addition to several other options were removed in OS5.

Use the forum search feature (magnifying glass icon upper right) to search for a number of past discussions on how to downgrade a My Cloud from OS5 to OS3. At the very least one could use one of the various unbrick methods for the v2.x firmware devices to push the OS3 firmware to a second generation single bay My Cloud.
This is ridiculous… I’m gonna try to downgrade it and If I brick it. I will not stay with WD anymore.
