No remote access and not UI access

I could not access my “WD My Cloud” neither  using remote ssh nor using browser UI.

Just confirming your statement:

You can’t SSH or access the browser UI  Remotely?  

That’s correct.  You can’t use the UI remotely, nor can you use SSH remotely without setting up port forwarding manually on your router.

If you mean that you cannot connect to it locally, either via SSH, or via the UI, then your router has probably changed your device’s IP address.
