No recognition of my hard disc

Hi there,
I just downloaded the back up software WD backup. During the scan and search for gadgets, there was no recognition of the hard disc though. They offered Cloud (dropbox), but even the activated button to connect to dropbox was not clickable.
In fact I wanted to configure a bach up on my hard disc. Any ideas? Or could you recommend another backup software which works out to download (even with antivirusprogramm Kasperskys…?)

You can try to uninstall and install the WD Backup software to resolve the issue and if it doesn’t work then contact WD support for assistance.
