No puedo acceder a la intefaz web de My Cloud EX4

Hello, I have the following problem, when I want to access the My Cloud EX4 web interface, I get the twonky server page, I don’t know if it is because the my Cloud EX4 NAS was almost full, I don’t really know, in the pc I can access the folders without any problem, it is just that I cannot access the configuration via the My Cloud EX4 web, thanks in advance for the help.
