I have upgraded from WD photo to WD2gopro, I no longer get the thumbnails of my pics. I have a samsung with the latest android OS, everything else works great!. How do I get the thumbnail preview back?
The “latest” version of Android is 2.3.7 for phones and 3.2.1 for tablets, and not every device runs the “latest” version due to manufacturing restrictions, so in this case you’ll need to specify what version you run…
2.2.2 is firmware, phone says im up to date, other users I have assigned, also donot display thumbnails with WD2go. We can log in and access the files, however we have to download the actual file for the photo to show up.
