Im trying to set up Remote Access so I can connect my phone to My Book Live but when I click onto remote access nothing comes up at all. Any ideas why?

That is weird, I would reboot MBL, make sure you do it from within the dashboard/settings/utilities, if it shows at all.
Just rebooted but no difference 
Now i am getting this when i am running a diagnostic 
Are other areas within the dashboard ok?
Try a different browser. Otherwise if still under warranty, open a case.
