No new message appearing

When I go to any of the other forums, the “new message” button does on appear. I can’t post my question to the correct forum.

I have a WD WDA4NC40000N 4TB ShareSpace Network Storage. One of the drive failed and I’m trying to replace it.

The original drive was a 1TB WD10EARS and I’m trying to replace it with the current version of that drive, a 1TB WD10EZRX.

The manual states that once the drive in installed, it will be recognized, formatted, and restored. I’m running a RAID 5.

Also, if you’re trying to post in one of the Archive boards, you can’t.  Those boards are only for reference.
