No Network Device Discovered.. My Book World Edition 1TB

I bought my My Book World Edition today, and did according to the instruction the installing…

After I had installed everything, I chose to “Check for new Firmware”, and after installing it the network does not find the device anymore… What to do???

When using WD Discovery I get the message “No network device discovered - Please check cables… bla bla bla…” I have checked everything and everything is connected right, and the cables and plugs are correct connected…

Can someone please assist me on how to get connection with it again…?

I have also tried to use the “reset” button on the back, my with no luck… And to put it back to factory settings I need to get the connection first… (silly if you ask me) 

Please assist me if someone can… :-))

Try power cycling the drive (turn it off, and then back on).

Of course that is tried…

It all ended, after an hour on the phone with support, with me having to return it back to the shop… And get another one, but then  Seagate instead, which the PC finds without any problem… But I can’t stream music from it with my Xbox360, and that **bleep**…
