No Network Access

I have a WD Live wired directly into my hub that will not find movies stored on my network.  This problem comes and goes for no reason.  I can connect to You Tube and other internet media sites.  When I do the network cable test, everything tests fine, but when I try to choose “network shares” under the video heading nothing happens?  Does anyone else have this problem or a solution?

I would check that your PC’s are in the same WORKGROUP of the WD TV.
