i can’t find the My Book Live from my mac book or my PC using wifi, though can be found thru LAN. What’re the possible problems??
By found not sure if you mean by name. But assuming all devices are on the same LAN, this includes wifi, then try by IP. LAN does not mean just wired, it is “Local Accesss Network” which can be wired and wireless.
Example: Make sure all devices belong to 192.168.1.x
