I have WD TV Live Streaming with latest firmware 1.12.14.
For certain video files, I am unable to hear audio. The audio seems to be type MPEG.
I have tried resetting the device but no luck.
50% of my files are like this and I am getting no audio, video is fine.
I am in Melbourne.
Can somebody please help me.
Thx.

If they are ‘internet downloads’ then sometimes these files are encoded in a strange way which the WD player does not like.
