No more My Cloud Desktop

**So, I was told that the desktop program My Cloud has been ended and no further support or new versions of this are coming…

So what do we do now?? Is there another program to replace this? How do we get our users that access our servers into them so they can get the files they want…**

@ScottFL386 When you set up users they should have created accounts and be able to access whatever they uploaded. Have you read all the Help information provided in the Dashboard? The following comes from under Users. " Each user must have a MyCloud.com account."

Myself, I am continuing to use my My Cloud (1st generation) and I bought a second one (2nd generation). I will continue to use them as long as they work.
