No more Data in the local acces...see attached screenshot

after more than one week i get loca acces to my WD Home Cloud.
But as you can see in the attached file, i only have two folders and thats it. I had tons of folders with pictures and other data`s…whats going on there… Last monday i get told that during the day everything will be finnished. but now…nothing…everything is lost.
where are my datas???

Did you enable local user? Hi Yes i did. Like many many aothers i had 2 emty folders.
but know the WD Discovery works great again and i put all my files from it.

No, @Qais you didn’t.
Those two folders are the folders shown without local access enabled.
Any user can access the public folder.
When enabled and activated, you should see a folder named after your local user.
Follow the instructions step by step, and you will get that local access.
