Your problem sounds the same as one I first wrote a message about here. It’s been quite a while since I wrote it, and my problem is gone for way over a year. If it were to happen again, I would just follow the same steps to fix it again.
“There is no media in the current folder.” (Oh yes there is!) Let me know if this fixes things for you.
BTW, WD suggests we do NOT use Homegroups for sharing (turn them off) and instead use Windows shares.
