No longer connecting to Netflix\playing title

For the last 10 days I have not been able to play anything in Netflix, I get the message “We’re having trouble playing this title right now. Please try again later or select a different title” . This is just on the next show of a series I have been watching for months for example.

Not knowing what to do I went into Setup|System and rest the online accounts, thinking I would be asked to relogin into netflix when I selected it. now, however, it says it can’t connect to Netflix. I check my connection (wired) in setup and all is ok.

Does anyine have any thoughts?

In the interest of troubleshooting, it would help to know which firmware release you are currently using, as the most current firmware updates have increased the functionality of the Netflix service on the WD TV device family. It may be helpful to manually update the firmware; instructions are provided on the following link.
