No Longer Able to Invite a New User (No email Field Offered)

I am no longer offered the ability to invite a new user to my NAS. The email field has been removed all together from the invite dialog box when adding a new user.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

The ‘admin’ user must be logged in and Cloud Access enabled at the Cloud Access Tab before users can be invited.

All of the above is set correctly. I’ve never had a problem until last week. Like I said, the option to even enter an email address is gone when I create a new user.

The “Invite” button is not able to be utilized (grayed out). Like I said, this has just been happening to me over the last week or so. I’ve NOT had a problem at all in the past.
