Since last one year, WD Live Hub was working perfectly for me. Surprisingly yesterday I found that unit have lost all media in internal storage. Disk manager now shows as blank.
Selecting local storage result in no media found in this folder error. I can access WD Live TV Hub UI in Internet explorer and bottom of screen shows usage but local storage is not displayed. Checked the box via TV and I can no longer view any files and within in Set Up the Disk Manager screen is empty, and no media is showing in any categories on home screen - any suggestions as to where my files maybe?
Help would be very appreciated… Thank you.
Latest firmware - 3.06.14
Tried resetting to factory defaults
Also tried reset button at the bottom of unit
Please help.
