No link in email when sharing from my cloud app

Hi,

For some reason I’m unable to share my files. When I want to share a file via the WD MyCloud app and select the email icon it does go to the email app but doesn’t include the link to the file on my MyCloud device. It’s on both my iPhone and iPad. Anyone an idea?

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
