No iPlayer or Netflix

Hello, I just bought a WD TV Live, model WDBGXT0000NBK-01. I updated to firmware 1.10.13 immediately but I have no iPlayer or Netflix. I am in the UK, and have a UK IP address. I have tried a reset.

Any ideas?

EDIT: Sorry I realise this is in the wrong place, I have the newer ‘streaming’ version. But if anyone could help me with this i’d appreciate it very much, iPlayer and Netflix were the biggest reasons I bought this!

Did you have it connected to the network when you did the reset?

The WDTV needs to do a Geolocation check on the internet before some services will appear, so it needs to be on the network in order to do that.
