No enable backup and retrieve funtions?

On the drive management drive settings screen page 27 I click preference to display the set preference dialog but  

I just get software updates but No enable backup and retrieve funtions?

Can you please be more specific? what is the issue? and what product do you have?

WD SmartWare - Settings - Software Settings - Set up Software - Preference Tab - There you can see what I’m missing in my post

It’s ok because tech support told me that they took that out.
