Been onto support, cut me off cuz it was there time to clock off. But yeah, theres no option to add an e-mail when registering a new user.
Done 40sec reset and all that. “Can” add users but without an e-mail so what good is that?

It appears, per the screen capture that you have a PR4100. You may, if you haven’t done so already, want to see the dedicated OS5 subforum for the PR Series. Just in case its an issue specific to that device or where users more familiar with that device may be able to assist.
