No dlna media server! returning pr4100 with 40tb

I already have a EX4 with 20TB, PR4100 32TB and I just got a PR4100 with 40TB

There’s no media server to turn on DLNA. It used to be so easy. I didn’t have to install Plex or anything. My Quest 2 would find my WDMyCloudEX4. Why removed it?

This company is walking backward instead of forward positively.

I will ask for my money back

It used to be so simple:

To turn on the WD My Cloud DLNA server go to “Settings” then “Media in the configuration and turn on “Media Streaming .”

They removed “MEDIA” on that list.

I’ll contact customer service first thing tomorrow to ask for a return.
