No Devices Found

After logging in to MyCloud I get the message “No Devices found”. WD Smartware finds both WD Drives.
why is this?

Are you logging into files.mycloud.com? Did you create an account when you set up your My Cloud? Have you set up everything in the Dashboard? What device and operating system are you using?

Yes, I am logging into files.mycloud.com, this is where I get the response that “No Devices Found”. See attached.

Have I set up everything in the Dashboard? I do not know, see picture of my Dashboard attached.

I am using a PC with the latest update of Windows 10.

When you are on your network what shows under Network in File Explorer?

Problem installing Acronis.

I attach pictures of my set-up for Cloud Access. The problem I think is that I do not fully understand what’s going on here, sorry.
