I seemed to have lost access to my photos using WD Photos and Mionet. I get a “No devices were found error”. Anyone else have this happen and did you resolve it to regain access? I am using iPhone.

If your device is not available in MioNet, you may be using a different MioNet account. It is also possible your drive was reset. If you try going into the drive’s interface and re-attaching the drive to your MioNet account, it should appear in MioNet. If it doesn’t there may be another issue that requires the full reinstallation of MioNet on your drive (KB 3324).
