in windows 7 when I retrieved files from the cloud I would get a data amount window appear however on a new computer with win 10 there is no data window coming up to see how far along the download is. I am thinking this might be a setting issue or is it just the new win 10 and this has been removed. all updates have been done and I would like this window for the data amount back as it was handy to see which files were near compleation

Make sure that the new system has all the updates available installed. Including, flash player and JAVA.
