No covers/thumbnails on mediaserver

Hi all!

I hope you can help me. I have a WD TV Live which is connected to a Synology NAS. All my movie covers/thumbnails are shown if I use “network share”, but if I switch to “media server” no covers/thumbnails anymore. Is there a way to make them visible also if I use “media server”?

That’s more a question for Synology than WD…  The WD can only show what the media server provides.

But Synology NAS provides it becaus in “network share” view the covers are shown but not in “media server”. So I don’t think Synology can help in this case.

Anyone any other ideas? I’m the only one with that problem?
