what I an trying to do is retrieve files over to a new laptop not restore to the older computer. I thought Passport drive has backup files listed with long file names but none come up under retrieve - no files and 0 file size. l assumed all would be well if I can see these long backup files - have I lost them?
What is the model of your passport and opeating system? Win or MAC?
